We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours (business days only). We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays.

- We use Royal Mail 48 hour for our Standard Delivery option. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery of your order.
- Any orders placed after 2:00pm on Friday - Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.
Public holidays
- Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. If the delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next working day.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective orders
- At Impact Detect we aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but on the odd occasion, things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage, do not accept the goods from the courier.
- If the item(s) ordered are damaged, defective, or not the item ordered, please refer to our Returns/Exchanges information below.
Returns
- Impact Detect accepts returns of all products purchased on our site within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information and a brief note that includes your contact information.
Exchanges
- Impact Detect offers a one-year warranty on all our products against manufacturer’s defects. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only. If you have additional questions about our return or warranty policy.
